CHILI, N.Y. (WHAM) — A tractor-trailer hit two New York State Thruway Authority workers on Interstate 90, killing one and seriously hurting the other, according to police.
The workers were in a work zone when they were hit Thursday shortly before 12:30 p.m. Police said a 62-year-old man was killed, while a 58-year-old man was injured and taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
