Huntingdon Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Huntingdon County say a local man is behind bars after he allegedly admitted to engaging in sexual activity with a teenage girl approximately 15 to 30 times.
Troopers say they first began investigating 32-year-old Mark Musser last October after receiving multiple complaints of an ongoing "mutual sexual relationship" between him and a 13-year-old girl.
Police say the victim told troopers that she first met Musser in 2018, or 2019, while working on his family's farm.
Troopers say the teen claimed that their relationship became "romantic" over time and escalated to the two engaging in sexual activity.
Police say the teen also admitted to sending Musser sexually explicit messages and photographs.
Investigators say when they interviewed Musser about the accusations, he reportedly admitted to having sexual contact with the girl.
Police say Musser confessed to engaging in some form of sexual activity approximately 15 to 30 times.
Troopers say a forensic investigation of Musser's phone also revealed numerous sexual messages and photographs of the teen.
According to online court records, Musser was arraigned earlier this week on dozens of counts of possessing child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, possession of obscene material and criminal use of a communication device.
He is being held at the Huntingdon County Prison on $200,000 bail.
