Denny's Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield County is known as the home of the world's largest burger challenges.

On Friday, owner Denny Leighey unveiled a new menu item, the "rock house" burger.

It is named in honor of Bradford Township native Roland Welker, who won season seven of the History Channel's survivalist show "Alone.”

He used the memory of his mother, who passed away just before the show was filmed, to help him survive 100 days in isolation in the Northwest Territories of Canada.

Denny's Beer Barrel Pub opened in 1977 and has been featured on numerous national television shows.

The restaurant is located at 1452 Woodland Road in Clearfield.
