Johnstown man hit woman with bat after she refused to get him a cheeseburger

JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) Police say a Johnstown man struck a woman Wednesday with a baseball bat because she refused to get him a cheeseburger. Police say the incident happened at a home on the 600 block of Bedford Street.

Police say the incident happened at a home on the 600 block of Bedford Street.

According to a criminal complaint, 26-year-old Michael Felton was arguing with the woman and when she refused to get him one, he got a bat and struck her over the head with it.

Police say the woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of a head injury, and that Felton has been charged with aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.

He is being held in the Cambria County Prison.
