Nearly a dozen crews respond to house fire in Portage Township

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) According to Cambria County dispatchers, nearly a dozen area fire crews responded to a house fire in Portage Township Tuesday morning. 911 officials say crews were dispatched to the home, located along the 400 block of Johnson Ave., around 10:30 a.m.

911 officials say crews were dispatched to the home, located along the 400 block of Johnson Ave., around 10:30 a.m.

Crews from Portage, Beaverdale, Keystone Regional, Summerhill, Adams, Ashville, Gallitzin, Blue Knob and Forest Hills fire departments were all dispatched to the scene, as well as Portage EMS and state police.

No injuries have been reported in the blaze and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
