A former manufacturing and repair site for windmill blades will serve a new purpose.

In February 2018, CK Capitol LLC, also known as Cleveland Brothers, bought the property from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Incorporated.

According to the company's president and CEO, Jay Cleveland Jr., it will use the land for a CAT component rebuild center.

Cleveland says construction has begun on a new facility that will rebuild Caterpillar 3500 and 3600 gas engines.

“Our commitment is to support our customers who have invested in the oil and gas business in the Marcellus and Utica region,” Cleveland said in a statement. “We will have more to say in the coming months as the building renovations progress.”

According to a deed, the property was sold for more than $6 million.
