2 Alabama drill sergeants found dead at Fort Jackson

Residents given 'all clear' to return home after concerns surrounding Wilmore Dam

4TH UPDATE (7:00 p.m.):CAMBRIA CO, Pa (WJAC) — Residents who were evacuated Wednesday over concerns of flooding from the Wilmore Dam have been given the all clear to return to their homes, officials say. Summerhill Fire Chief Bob Burkett say he’s spoken with the Cambria County Emergency Management Director, Art Martynuska, who says the surveillance level for the Wilmore Dam has dropped sufficiently enough for people to safely return to Summerhill Borough and Wilmore Borough.

Snowboarders and skiers make it snow in Richland Township

RICHLAND TOWNSHIP -- A unique event was held in Johnstown Sunday for people in the community to, believe it or not, snowboard and ski in the middle of July. A Johnstown native has made it snow in summer. This is the second year Doltyn Snedden helped skiers and snowboarders enjoy their passion when the weather wouldn't.
