Church officials in Blair County say they were left shocked and confused ahead of Easter weekend. Earlier this week, leaders at St. Mary’s Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church found a beloved statue vandalized. They say the incident happened on Tuesday when the statue was found surrounded by three juveniles by an Altoona School District maintenance worker at around 10 P.M. Clearfield Co., PA (WJAC) — Commissioner Antonio “Tony” Scotto announced his resignation from the Clearfield County Commission at Tuesday’s meeting. Scotto said he will resign effective October 10. He said he was already planning not to run for re-election in November 2023. Scotto told 6 News he is taking a job in the private sector and will not be leaving Clearfield County. He thanked his supporters and family for giving him the opportunity to be commissioner.

The Dream will travel to Los Angeles to start their campaign in the 72 team tournament Friday at 10 p.m. The Basketball Tournament is winner-take-all tournament with the winning team bringing home $2 million.
