SOMERSET, Pa. (WJAC) — It was a lucky day for dozens of dogs who were rescued from a kill shelter and brought to our region at a chance of finding a new home. The Humane Society from Somerset County recently rescued 32 dogs from a high intake shelter. “These dogs came from high kill shelters and were at risk at euthanasia, so we helped the shelters by taking them, said shelter manager, Nancy Dantzig.

The Tribune Democrat will now publish on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
